Our scoped offer
Founderly publishes four per-contract options. We confirm which one fits your document, the deliverables and the tax treatment in the quote before work begins.
- Simple review CHF 250
- Simple review, up to three pages. Confirm the document fits this scope.
- Standard review CHF 500
- Standard review, three to twenty-five pages, with redlines, one internal revision and a negotiation guide.
- Negotiation CHF 1'000
- Negotiation support. Agree the document, counterpart contact and completion point before starting.
- Custom drafting CHF 2'000
- Custom drafting. Smaller drafting projects can receive a separate scoped offer.
The three-page boundary and complex documents are confirmed during scoping. See the current packages and inclusions.
A finding is not yet an amendment
A report might identify an overly broad obligation and explain why it matters. The next job is writing a change that fits the rest of the agreement. Ask whether the provider will supply exact wording, tracked changes or only a recommendation.
Redlines are proposed edits. They still need approval and may draw a counterproposal. A package containing one marked-up draft is not automatically an agreement to manage every later version or contact the other party.
Name the owner of the next conversation
With negotiation support, specify who sends the edits, attends calls and records the points agreed. Some engagements prepare you to negotiate yourself; others include direct counterpart contact. Establish the number of rounds, document versions and approval process.
Our enquiry can be scoped to the stage you are at. Send the latest complete version and explain whether you want a decision, usable edits or help with the response. You should not have to buy a full negotiation engagement to answer one narrow question.
A practical example
The customer rejects your liability edit
A risk report explains the exposure. A redline proposes another clause. Negotiation work considers the customer's response, your commercial limits and possible compromises. Before purchasing, decide which of those jobs your own team can take on. The cheapest suitable output is the one that finishes the task you actually need.
Ask before you choose
- Will I receive text I can send to the counterparty?
- Who handles their next draft or telephone call?
- When does the agreed engagement end?
