Our scoped offer
Founderly publishes four per-contract options. We confirm which one fits your document, the deliverables and the tax treatment in the quote before work begins.
- Simple review CHF 250
- Simple review, up to three pages. Confirm the document fits this scope.
- Standard review CHF 500
- Standard review, three to twenty-five pages, with redlines, one internal revision and a negotiation guide.
- Negotiation CHF 1'000
- Negotiation support. Agree the document, counterpart contact and completion point before starting.
- Custom drafting CHF 2'000
- Custom drafting. Smaller drafting projects can receive a separate scoped offer.
The three-page boundary and complex documents are confirmed during scoping. See the current packages and inclusions.
Normalize the brief before the price
Send every provider the same contract, annexes and business context. State whether you need a short list of risks, tracked changes, a replacement agreement or contact with the other party. Ask which languages and governing laws are covered.
A minimum fee is not an estimate for every document. Definitions, schedules and linked policies can materially change the work. A fixed price is useful when it names those inputs and explains what happens if the counterparty sends a new draft.
Compare the total you will actually pay
Keep VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive amounts separate. Also ask about calls, revised drafts, specialist referrals and urgent delivery. An hourly quote can be predictable if it includes a cap and an approval point before further work.
Our request process starts with the contract and the outcome you want. We confirm the scope and fee before work begins. That lets you compare an actual offer rather than a headline starting price.
A practical example
A ten-page customer agreement
At Jurata's other-contract rate, ten pages calculate to CHF 550 excluding VAT. That is arithmetic, not a quote: the provider still classifies the document. Compare the resulting report with a redline package only after confirming amendments, annexes and follow-up. A lower number for a different output does not establish a saving.
Ask before you choose
- What exactly will I receive?
- Are annexes, a call and one revised draft included?
- What can trigger an additional fee, and will you ask first?
