Our scoped offer
Founderly publishes four per-contract options. We confirm which one fits your document, the deliverables and the tax treatment in the quote before work begins.
- Simple review CHF 250
- Simple review, up to three pages. Confirm the document fits this scope.
- Standard review CHF 500
- Standard review, three to twenty-five pages, with redlines, one internal revision and a negotiation guide.
- Negotiation CHF 1'000
- Negotiation support. Agree the document, counterpart contact and completion point before starting.
- Custom drafting CHF 2'000
- Custom drafting. Smaller drafting projects can receive a separate scoped offer.
The three-page boundary and complex documents are confirmed during scoping. See the current packages and inclusions.
Check the purchase model as well as the template
The inspected Lexea pricing page lists Basic and Premium amounts without establishing a billing period or VAT treatment. Do not read CHF 249 as a monthly or annual fee without checking the current purchase terms. Premium's stated consultation is an additional benefit, not proof that every downloaded document receives individual review.
Ask about access after purchase, supported formats, update rights and what the consultation covers. These details can matter more than a small difference in the template's headline price.
Three ways to move beyond the starting point
You can adapt the template yourself, purchase a targeted review of your edited version, or commission a new draft from your brief. The right choice depends on whether you can explain and evaluate the changes the business needs.
When asking us for help, send the document you intend to use and explain its purpose. A scoped review can preserve useful work you have already done. There is no need to start over merely because the first version came from a template library.
A practical example
A consulting template for a software business
Before using it, identify what the customer receives, what stays yours, whether data is processed and what happens after cancellation. If the template does not address those facts, ask for focused adaptation. A cheaper replacement template might leave exactly the same questions unanswered.
Ask before you choose
- What period and access rights does this payment cover?
- Does any consultation include changes to my document?
- Can I explain the clauses I have selected or removed?
