- Simple review, up to three pages. Confirm the document fits this scope.
- Standard review CHF 500
- Standard review, three to twenty-five pages, with redlines, one internal revision and a negotiation guide.
- Negotiation CHF 1'000
- Negotiation support. Agree the document, counterpart contact and completion point before starting.
- Custom drafting CHF 2'000
- Custom drafting. Smaller drafting projects can receive a separate scoped offer.

Reasons to stay with Jurata
Its published per-page structure makes the basis of a review visible. For a business that already has someone to convert recommendations into a revised agreement, paying for the defined report can fit the workflow well.
Jurata advertises different rates for employment, lease and purchase contracts. Do not apply the other-contract rate to every document. Its exclusions also matter: drafted amendments, further advice, commercial or tax assessment and foreign-law provisions are outside the stated review.
Choose an alternative by the missing task
For an in-scope service agreement, Instauro offers a document-specific fee. GetYourLawyer describes a lawyer review and discussion. For Founderly, explain whether you need redlines, drafting or direct negotiation and request an equivalent written scope.
The useful comparison is not report versus premium branding. It is who completes the work after the risks have been identified. Keep the full document bundle and expected revision cycle the same when asking for offers.

You need to send changes tomorrow
If your team has no time to draft amendments, ask providers for a redlined document and confirm the delivery window. A quick risk report may still leave the critical task with you. Conversely, if an internal adviser will write the amendments, a separate drafting package may duplicate work you already have covered.
