Founderly vs. GenieAI: software and contract services

Keep GenieAI on the shortlist if your team wants software and can evaluate its output. Choose an individual service when you want someone to take an agreed document task through to a usable result.

By Founderly · Updated . We offer contract services and include our own service in these guides. This is a comparison of published offers, not an independent service test.

Our scoped offer

Founderly publishes four per-contract options. We confirm which one fits your document, the deliverables and the tax treatment in the quote before work begins.

Simple review CHF 250
Simple review, up to three pages. Confirm the document fits this scope.
Standard review CHF 500
Standard review, three to twenty-five pages, with redlines, one internal revision and a negotiation guide.
Negotiation CHF 1'000
Negotiation support. Agree the document, counterpart contact and completion point before starting.
Custom drafting CHF 2'000
Custom drafting. Smaller drafting projects can receive a separate scoped offer.

The three-page boundary and complex documents are confirmed during scoping. See the current packages and inclusions.

A software purchase and a service engagement

An annual software plan may be sensible for repeated work inside a team. It is less directly comparable with one commissioned review. Consider internal time, expected volume, usage allowances and whether the subscription will continue after the current project.

The regional GenieAI page describes token-based capacity, with approximately five documents depending on size. Verify the live plan for your workload. Older help-page pricing differs from the current regional page, so an old comparison article is a poor basis for a budget.

Choose who should finish the work

If your team is comfortable evaluating suggestions, software can remain part of the process. If nobody can decide which edits to accept, another tool may not solve the bottleneck. Ask a service provider for a named scope: analysis, proposed wording, a completed draft or counterpart discussions.

Before sharing a contract with any tool or provider, establish permission and the relevant information-handling terms. For Swiss matters, ask about the actual governing-law coverage. Neither a regional website nor an AI label establishes suitability on its own.

A practical example

A founder with one incoming enterprise agreement

A subscription gives the founder tools, but the contract still needs decisions and a response. If this is an isolated task, obtain a one-off quote with amendments and a follow-up round specified. If similar contracts arrive every week and the team has review expertise, software may be a better ongoing investment.

Ask before you choose

  1. Do we want software or a completed professional task?
  2. Who checks the proposed changes and makes the business decisions?
  3. What access and fees continue after this project?
